The people at Visionaire has teamed up with Lacoste for its fall issue, best described as "wearable publication.
”Instead of publishing a magazine, Visionaire has produced photographically printed Lacoste polo shirts with artwork from Nick Knight, Peter Lindbergh, Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin, Karl Lagerfeld, filmmaker Pedro Almodóvar musicians David Byrne and Michael Stipe, and painter Richard Phillips. Each issue, which costs $250, will include three polo shirts from the collection (in small, medium and large) and all 12 images from the contributors, contained in a shiny large, white box that looks more like a suitcase."Source.
I love this idea, I actually think that someone should make their own rendition but with throwback models like Iman, Beverly Johnson, Grace Jones and all those children.
* Hint to all the new designers.
