Back in the late eighties/early nineties, Paris designer Herve' Leger (now Herve Leroux), introduced the elastic-band dress. A skintight silhouette that came in rainbow bright colors and clashing stripes. Last Spring, hints of the style were seen in collections from Proenza Schouler and London's Christopher Kane, but this fall its official: The Herve' Leger label has made an outstanding comeback, with everyone from Lindsay Lohan, to Victoria Beckham wearing his designs. Also stepping out on the scene in this sexy masterpiece of a dress is actress Kate Bosworth and Fashion guru Fabiola Beracasa.
