Citrus Glazed Chicken

Things you'll need:
Boneless chicken strips
Citrus glazed sauce
Cashews (optional)

Heat 2 tablespoons non-stick cooking spray oil in a skillet over HIGH heat, until hot. Add marinated chicken strips, stirring occasionally for 4-5 minutes. Add rice and Asian vegetable medley. Stir-fry for 10 minutes, until thoroughly cooked. Add cashews and sauce. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes
