Yo keeping up with my girl is krazy, like one minute she'll be chillin wit me in the club, then a week later she'll be in London...like who does that? Kesh has a mean hustle; Dj & Fashion Designer. It's Christmas season and it's that time where you have to go visit your family, my mom text me [ I don't like talking on the phone unless it's about $$ or business. Which is the same to me. ] She asked if I was coming home and since I have yet to get my MarquisJet Card I have to fly American Airlines. Im not a fan. I hate baggage claim and my flight has one stop so I told her I was only bringing a carry on which means I'll have no garments prior to my arrival home. Here comes the shouting part, I told her that she'd have to buy me a new RL collection and that was the only way I'd come home. Genius right. She can't make me wear the same ensemble for two weeks, or am I even staying that long. So I've found some bags [ or dat money ] over at Brooks Brothers.

Yeah this means no one will really have what you have on. Exclusive.
Im keeping everything under wraps until next year. We'll be working with a few designers to create unique pieces that the sneaker market and the royal courts can wear. Im talking cashmere throws to cardigans and wool bow ties. The price point will be somewhat high, hey save your lunch money, but it'll make you feel real good when you rock it. Prestigious even.

I run a blog ( insert blog address here ) and it was definetly inspired by lateboots and aaron doing ya'll thing. It's hard getting it off the ground. Please help."
I really like the fact that my team and I have inspired so many...but somethings should be left to the professionals and I mean that in the most humble way. Im on my way to the gym [ thanks to the post below ] so let me wrap this up real quick and I want to give some advice to a few fellow bloggers. I've rececied tons of emails about how can people create/start/perfect their blog and here is my response.
Some people are meant to be observers, what do you have new to offer to the world? Recycling should not be blogged. Sometimes you should just respect the artistry of other blogs, get your life and then tip. It's not meant to be done again and at the end of it all what are you really creating? Everyone shouldn't blog because everyone doesn't have the "IT" factor. Find something else you're good at, blogging is much more than a post, it's about the people.
Now for my over thinkers Im not saying that we don't or that it's not ok to use other post from blogs but Im speaking on a bigger platform..WHAT IS THE REAL PURPOSE OF YOUR BLOG?. Again I do appreciate every email but come on people, there is an art to blogging-from the dynamics, the images, the content. So if being creative doesn't come natural then find something else to do; start something new, don't tailgate.

Give Me A Minute, I'll Be Right Back

Research from the University of Auckland, Tamaki Campus, in New Zealand, revealed that using the ball makes crunches 20 percent more effective compared to hitting the floor.
• Firm up legs: Stand on left foot, hands on hips, and bring right knee to hip level in front. Trace a horizontal figure eight in front of you with knee. Then bend left knee and hop to right, landing on right foot. Repeat figure eight with left knee, then hop back to left to complete one rep. Do 10 reps, then hop back and forth 10 times to complete one set.
• Boost your bottom: Stand with feet hip-width apart, hands on waist. Shift weight to left foot and lift heel of right foot so you're resting on toes. Bend left knee and sink hips back, keeping weight off right foot (toes stay on ground). Rise up. Do 12 reps on left leg, then switch legs and repeat.
• Bare amazing arms: Holding a dumbbell in each hand, stand with feet hip-width apart. Raise arms, palms down, out and slightly forward to shoulder height. Slowly lower them behind you so weights almost touch. Do 12 reps.
• Slim all over: Stand with feet hip-width apart. Keeping legs as straight as possible, bend forward and walk hands out until they're under shoulders. Do two push-ups, then walk hands back and stand. Repeat twice, doing four push-ups, then six.
